I have a Jetta with the front single CD stereo slot, and the stereo turns on but I do not have any volume can't hear anything, and I can't change fm stations, it was working fine and it stopped working, is this something that I need to recode with VCDS, or if anyone has any links to how to , or any advise,,,thanks ahead for any replies.

Sorry, no clue. If you have the safe code you could always remove the radio and then plug it back in.
