tool T40159 for intake manifold bolts

has anyone used this tool to remove intake manifold with out removing fuel rail and lines? I have the tool and need to replace manifold and it does it look like to bad of a job if I don't have to mess with the lines.

No but it appears to make life much easier. If you use it, can you take pics of how the tool is used and share any notes on how it works?
