I have a Vw touran 1.9tdi 2007 model 1t2c21 with bxe engine, since last week it keeps blowing the 5amp fuse marked in in Yellow, I cant find a fuse box layout and my owners manual is not helpful.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G_c6fl ... sp=sharing

When this happen cluster dies completely but car still drives. After stopping and trying to start again its turns over and just dies again.

If someone has had the same problem and or a wiring diagram.

Regards

Fuse & Relay PDF Files

Post moved to General as we don't have a Touran sub forum even though I've asked the new admins to make one.

I also said I use ElsaWin to make all the fuse & relay layouts which you can search fleabay for.

I had the same problem this week, Fuse F16 5 amp keeps blowing. I connected my multimeter to the load side of the fuse (with fuse removed) and the other probe to car earth. This measured 2 to 4 ohms (short circuit). I managed to locate the G65 (Air conditioning) high pressure sensor next to the base of the radiator. When I moved the wire, the resistance changed to over 300 K ohms. I managed to disconnect the plug from the sensor and tape it it and tuck it out of the way (Air conditioning is not working anyway). Problem solved fingers crossed!
