WTB winter wheels &/or tires: 2011 Glf TDI

2011 Golf TDI six speed manual; would like to buy winter wheels (steels are OK), and a good set of winter tires, such as Blzzks, and gently used one season OK. Tire Rack calls for 196/65 15s, and originals that came on the car are 225/45-17. I can get new steelies and Blizzaks fm Tire Rack for just over $625, with Blizzaks at $70 each. I am sure the tires DO NOT have sensors, but are ABS TMPS based. Thanks, Robert. :)
