Wow, what scum bags. The article says that if an item was marked priority and going to a war zone, there was no oversight. Sounds like business as usual.

It's surprising that the government had NO accounting checks here, even after it was done. Even if it was priority, it can get checked a few weeks later. For them to overcharge by $20 million, someone messed up big time at the government or someone was ignoring it.
