I have a 2006 Jetta TDI with 154,000 miles. I bought it at 140,000 and the DMF was shot and upon inspection one cam lobe was worn. Today I am going to start tearing it down! One new cam all new bolts and bearings a new timing belt kit, all new filters, new radiator fans, a new 21lb balanced SMF and a sachs clutch kit. and also a zerostart heater, hopefully all goes well and the EGR cooler doesnt go out anytime soon. I love the car and it still drives like new with 150,000 on it.
