I'm having an issue when starting and while running.

Any guidance appreciated.

Cranks until it drains the battery, sound like a relay is killing power completely or a short. But when it starts with help, it won't idle.

When pressing on the gas seems like a relay is cutting power or there's a short but it's timed every 5 secs exactly.

Any guidance appreciated.
