I suppose really it depends on the offset and stud pattern and also the centre bore, if all those things are right then they should fit no problem. If you have a look in the faq I'm sure there's a wheel faq which should be able to tell you more.
They should although I forget the wheel width, see the FAQ for specs. Make sure you don't get too wide tires because that defeats the point of snow tires. You want the pressure/surface area to be concentrated on the contact patch not spread out. Also, snow tires in San Diego?:dunno
