hi folks,

anybody know where i can find diagram of a 2005 tdi jetta? like exploded view??

my problem is that the transmission oil is leaking by the cv joints seals.. i removed the left cv joint and remarked that it is loose inside the transmission like the bearing is dead.. but it's not. when i remove the flange of the cv joint and enter my fingers in the hole in the transmission where the cv joint enters, i can lift the big part inside (differential?? ) of about 1/4'' ?? i also remarked when i flushed the oil, it was grey with inside particle when you look with a light that is bright ..

anybody have infos about that??

thanks

That would be the parts diagram or service manual. Talk to the guy at your local dealer parts and ask for a print out. If it's leaking by the CV joint there's an oil seal there which could be causing the leak. I dont' know about lifting the big part inside. The shiny bits in the oil isn't normal but some fine dust is. You shouldn't be able to see the dust though, I've never seen any metal flakes...
