I've been having issues with my 03 tdi. I took my turbo apart to clean it and I tried spinning the turbo blades on the exhaust side and they would only spin about a half turn before it stopped. Should a turbo in good condition spin more freely? Also are aftermarket MAFs any good? thankyou

What about the aftermarket MAFs on ebay for $50-75? And I bought a brand new Bosch MAF because my old one wouldn't go above 550 and the brand new one had the same read out and I was wandering if you ever heard of a car destroying MAFs or if it was perhaps a defective MAF.
