Agree 100%. Once you lose traction on the tires the traction control can brake the wheels all they want - it's not straightening you out.
traction control can make you overconfident!
Something for all those in snow country - watch out for traction control effects. It can lead you to a false sense of security. It helps you go from a stop but it won't do a thing to help you stop. I went to a parking lot and did some donuts - no amount of electronic control can help you if the tires don't have any grip. The best thing to do is to stay home if the roads aren't clear.
