Timing Belt Tension

I aquired a 2000 jetta that had broken the timing belt. The cylinder head was already removed. I replaced the bent valves in head and installed on engine. I bought the timing tools for the camshaft and injection pump. Installed belt but not sure if I have proper tension on belt. I would appreciate any information on the proper proceedure.
