The writeups here are outstanding!!! Just don't take any shortcuts, use quality parts, and replace everything that needs to be replaced... (belt(s), tensioner, 3 idlers, water pump, and at least 5 so-called "stretch" bolts). If you can find a checkoff list that you can download (there are a couple floating around the TDI-Club website), you'll find it most helpful in avoiding skipping a step.
