Hello, I am a new member. I was referred to this site by a TDI owner I met biking. I am getting ready to do my first timing belt change and would like some advice. So far, I have looked over the link on removing the timing belt but would appreciate some hints on what to watch out for during installation. I'd appreciate any words of advice.

Take your time and read the instructions until you understand what's going on. The day of the procedure is not when you want to figure things out. Good luck!
