The long one is the part number. Don't know what the other one is. The date could be on the small roller. The dealer should have changed the belt, tensioner, water pump, and 1 small roller. If the small roller or water pump fail it can wipe out the timing belt too. There are pics of the parts in the timing belt writeup in the FAQ section.
