Using a cell phone while driving is not safe - whether it is handsfree or not. Bluetooth should not be an option or standard on any car.

120% agree but people will do it anyways so I think it should be standard on every car and increase enforcement of violating a DWT law. You can't do any kind of lock while the car is in motion - what if you're a passenger and want to make a call? You shouldn't be playing with the radio either but people do that too.
