I wish you luck but it's hard to get publicity unless it can make the news and get people to question the VW brand. What are the reasons why they should give you the better bluetooth? Did they advertise something that you paid for and did not receive? IMHO, if they just said "bluetooth" then all you get is basic bluetooth. What is the Canadian law this is covered by? What are the key words that you think should be included to bring the most attention to this complaint?
