replaced my timing belt 2000 tdi beetle and i belive that every thing was set in time but when i try to start the number 2 cyl injector sprays straight up from injector line looks like air have bleed many injectors never seen this also car wont start ??? any help apriciated pete.

Check the fork holding the injector down and the flare nut holding the metal line to injector. It could have loosened. Put the engine back to TDC and recheck the timing of all components. If everything is OK, there could be a lot of air in the fuel lines.

You said "bleed many injectors", I'm not sure what this means. I think you loosened #2 injector to bleed the air, is that right?
