Seat belt tension switch/OAT sensor on New Beetle

Some one please tell me the location of the "seat belt tension swiitch", getting 00591 code. Also the location of the OAT sensor, no temp showing just dashes. Thanks

From googling it it seems the seat belt switch is in the bit that the seat belt clips into and it's the drivers side. Have a look through some of these.

And apparently the oat sensor is on the driver side bumper somewhere.
