It's possible the higher boost is causing a boost leak to appear. Try this: http://www.myturbodiesel.com/1000q_how_to/multi/boostleaks.htm

And your problem will probably be found. I don't think the software is causing the problem, it's just making the problem show up.

Hi. I own a polo tdi 74kw. 2006 model. everytime iv tried to have sofware put on the car it moves very well. the only problem is that it goes into limp mode at high speeds. Iv tried different companies but still have the same problem. the car never goes into limp mode with the original software. no matter what the speed.
