I am pushing 200k, will adding a chip or something still be reliable? I don't want to blow the turbo or the headgasket.

Sure, as long as all maintenance is done, go for it. It does cause slightly more stress on the turbo but it's not signifigant. In addition, raising the load on the engine and raising the stress will help burn up and blow out carbon deposits.
I haven't tried them but it seems like people recommend alligator kerma or rocketchip
If your CAR is reliable, ie, all maintenance is up to date, everything is in good working order, the MODS will be reliable. If your car is leaking oil all over the exhaust manifold and has boost leaks, don't expect anything good to happen. Because these cars are getting higher in mielage, change all the fluids if they haven't been, and you should be good to go.
