Passat B5 1999 immo off

Hi all!

ECU: 0 281 010 176 038 906 019 BJ , flash:29f400 , eeprom:24c04
I tried OTOCHECK V2: VW - PASSAT - BOSCH X XXX XXX 176 step1&step2, does not work.
Could someone have immo off?
Sometimes you do not see the dashboard immo coil (new!).
