What is the part number for the rear wheel bearing and kit? I am going to be replacing the rear brakes and need everything.

For what model? You should be able to buy a kit that comes with everything you need. Bearings, disc or drum, brake pads, etc.

I think the wheel bearing kit is the same for jetta/passat, but obviously the brake shoes/brake pads won't be the same depending on if yo uhave disk or drum brakes.

Then you can use any rear disc brake pads from a mk3 jetta/passat or mk4 tdi that uses the 226mm diameter brakes
