Picked up a wing for$20 off a gt, its red & I want to paint it black or blue,will spray can wrk or should I get mix & spray? Also picked up 4- 5 spoke flyers to dress up the old girl. I think I'll sell old rims & hub caps,maybe I'll try Craigs list,not sure . cheers Genos

What is the wing made of? Surface finish? Flexible or hard? That will determine what kind of paint you can use.

Normally you have to sand it gently so the paint will stick, use primer, and then spray. A spray can will work but it'll have a LOT of overspray so make sure you're not near anything you don't want paint on. Obviously for best results take it to a pro.

Thanks, it,s a factory MK3 wing,some type of plastic I think. I'll have my buddy paint it at his shop.
