Hi all,
I replaced the DPF and EGR filter a couple of weeks ago in my 2011 Jetta TDI and shortly thereafter starting receiving a P0471 code concerning the sensor (directly behind the oil fill cap). I replaced that this weekend and idles and runs fine but as test driving it it will occasionally lose power and start stuttering. The only code it is throwing is the P240F now.
I monitored the EGR with VCDS while driving and noticed the EGR (actual) value would jump up right before it started doing the stuttering. (see pics below). I drew a blue line to show when the car was stuttering. It would only do this for a few moments then stop.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot this further?
