Anything is possible but that is low enough so that it shouldn't. There is really no way to know unless you open and look. If it were me, I would not even look until it was timing belt time. If it's worn at that time, change it out. If it's not, you're fine.
However, I would immediately use a PD approved oil that is 5w-40. The heavier oil should protect better.
