just wanted to say thanks again for such a detailed step by step on replacing the t- belt. The tools from metalnerd fit perfect. The last problem i have is at idle in gear with foot on brake, i have excessive vibrations in forward or reverse.In neutral or park with no pressure on the drivetrain, it is perfect. I also replaced 1 halfshaft that the inner joint the needle bearings came out of the bearing and was causing the whole car to go shake sideways like an old wooden roller coaster. the car starts immedietly cold or warm with plenty of power. no check engine light either. However, another tdi just happend to show up that has no vibes, and i found that the 2 motor mounts flex much more on the 1st tdi than the 2nd tdi. So, i'm guessing that the mounts are weak. (not torn though). Any imput would be appreciated. Thanks again for such an awesome forum. john.............
