Have been lurking a few weeks and wanted to introduce myself. Have had my TDI for a few days. Live in California and have wanted a diesel automobile for a number of years.
My profession requires significant travel. Perhaps 150 per day, at times.
After having the car a few days, I know the choice was correct. I have learned so much by reading your posts. Thank you.
My car is equipped with the DSG transmission (Yes, I like it) with the sunroof option.
I continue to look forward to participating and continuing to learn the nuances of the car. Will keep this ownership experience in perspective and not fret over some of the problems addressed by some owners.
