Hello. searching a donor tdi engine for project. can't decide which tdi engine to use... thinking about 1.9tdi 66Kw audi, VW engine. can these engines be fitted with older 4 cyl audi gearbox? does bolt holes fit?

I believe that all 4 cylinder VW-Audi gearboxes should be compatible. The 6 cylinder bellhousing is different.

thats the problem.. i had some rumours that it doesn't fit
