Wait for the 10k oil change. Some have said the first oil fill is slightly different but even if it's not, the regular oil is designed to go 10k. You could change it and it probably won't hurt anything but you'll be at 10k in another 2 months so I'd wait. Make sure to use 507.00 VW spec oil.
