The forum rules state specifically to not state that in a number of places. It does not add value or help anyone. At least post the problem you're having. Your account is blocked for 24 hours.

I hate to ban people but the forum rules state specifically to not just post that. It doesn't let anyone help them.
While blocking them for 24 hours doesn't help either, it's done to enforce the rules evenly. If someone did it to me I'd be really ticked off but someone who posts a short and unhelpful intro probably wasn't going to help anyone else anyways or ask for any more help regarding their problem. If they get angry and don't come back it's their loss.
