Are you sure? Remove the camshaft and check the lifters for any damage, cracks, or impressions. The valves go straight up-down in this engine. If the timing belt snapped in half then you definitely have damage.
If the timing belt slipped at the injection pump but not the camshaft or crankshft it's ok.
