Hi,

I am new to the forum and wanted to make a formal introduction. I just moved from Atlanta, GA to Madison, WI and my family and I just purchased a 2011 Volkswagon Jetta TDI about 2 weeks ago. We love the car but have never owned a diesel vehicle before, so I thought it would be smart to join a forum where i could talk to others about the subject.

Welcome! You will like the car a lot. I have owned a bunch of TDI and can't go back to a gas car for a daily driver....the mpg is just too low and VWs, despite being on the inexpensive side, are built with very solid chassis and good safety.
