If you already have the MFSW you should have the correct control module. However, the buttons cannot be added to your existing wheel because the spokes are different. If you buy a wheel with the paddle shifters it's plug-play assuming that the control module code is correct. If the module needs a different code it takes about 1 minute to change it.
