new here, 05 passat tdi with 92000 miles

Greetings, 2005 passat and running up to 100,000 miles. Looking at all the maintanance I need.
Balance shaft, timing belt, motor mounts, cv boots and what ever looks bad. After this is this all there is to this car??? W
