New guy's problem with limp mode

I am new - mechanically inclined, into veggie fuel, and having problems with the turbo actuating.

Check the vacuum lines, N75 solenoid, and the turbo actuator. There's a good writeup in the FAQ.

Check the limp mode article. You need a vacuum pump to test the turbo actuator. Any error codes?
