Hi everyone,

I have a 2006 Jetta TDI (BRM engine, 5sp) with 132k KM. Bought used 10k KM ago and replaced all filters at that time. Replaced rims and tires with O.Z. Alleggerita and Dunlop Direzza summers I had from my previous car (2006 Subaru Legacy GT).

I just did another oil change and planning to do timing belt in the next couple of weeks.

I will be looking to clean out the intake, modify the pcv valve to stop spraying oily bypass, short shifter to replace the rowing oar, and possibly change the sponge clutch and one-wheel differential. I became used to the all wheel drive and want at least a full two wheel driver!

Someone's going to be busy.....

welcometomyturbodies My one regret is replacing the DMF with another DMF, albeit a higher performance one that is stronger. I think a single mass flywheel like the G60 just provides better clutch engagement and feel.

I've never heard of a one-wheel differential is that a US/Canadian term? A differential has 4 gears 2 planets and 2 suns. Don't get confused with the final drive. ;)
