I think the editor must have either read my mind! The buyer's guide that I wrote briefly talks about biodiesel, diesel cars, and the advantages of hybrid vs diesel and vice versa.

I get a copy of this month's national geographic, and it talks about the same things - advantages of diesel vs hybrid, biodiesel, and how it isn't a super solution to the fuel crunch. Well the editor also talks about algae to biofuel...so I guess maybe he didn't read it...

Um... I will bet that the editor of national geographic did not read that page, lol. Props to you for summing up a lot of common ideas, though :)

Hehe... Just kidding I was just excited to see an article about biofuels in NGeo. The only other thing that I can recall seeing in NG about biofuels was a guy using veg oil in his car, which I do not suggest.

Interesting read, but they barely mention diesels in the main article. They mostly write about the politics and ethanol.

Finished it today, didn't realize that the whole articel was also online. Good read, but almost nothing about biodiesel. Only a little about a company doing algae-diesel and mostly ethanol.
