How many miles are on it? It’s hard for me to tell what pictures you took from the top of the engine (standing over it) and or the bottom lying under it. However, the PCV hose that goes from the valve cover to the intake tube is above all your turbo pics with oil. This edition of the TDI engines that have any miles on them tend to pass more blow by oil into the PCV, through the turbo, intercooler and intake. Rinse repeat. Oil accumulation in the PVC to the plastic intake tube leaks out of this area and is misdiagnosed (or purposely) at a turbo oil feed problem.

My best advice is to buy some engine oil leak detector dye and add it to your oil. Drive it like usual for a couple days. Break out the UV light and look for the glow. The brighter the glow, the newer the leak and closer to the actual culprit. It glows brightly (more concentrated) around the actual leak location. Your local brick mortar parts store will have it. Just ask them got leak dye for engine oil.

Remember that oil follows gravity. What you see on the bottom, may have come from the top…
