2002 Beetle 1.9dsl: I need to change the Injedtion Pump Head Seal. Is this something that can be done by a home mechanic?

Is that the one where the fuel pipes come out? If so it could be tricky but there are faqs on it in other places if there's not one here, need to check through the faq pages first.
