I don't anyone who has managed to rebuild their own turbo, it's quite a piece of kit that takes serious stresses and I reckon it's best given to a pro with the appropriate technology to do the job, I think it was on the garret website that I read they balance these things and spool them up to 250,000 rpm to test them.
On the other hand if you mean you want to strip it down, clean the vnt etc then that's a different story and totally doable, just follow the faq.
