If you don't have it, there's no way to jump it to get to the dealer. I suggest following the troubleshooting steps in the writeup. If none of them work and you don't have the SKC, go to the dealer.

this is insane i have the same problem and mine starts sometime and other times a have the damn light flashing and now im stranded so this better start this time lool
