[Seatman]

Does anybody think this is a condensation issue or just a faulty batch of steel?
And is it just on the vnt turbos or has anybody had this happen on a wastegate turbo?

I'm just curious as me and friends of mine have had older vag engined cars for a while and I've never come accross this issue.
