I just had the timing belt break on my 2002 jetta!! Thats wheat you get for pushing your luck with over milage. Just bought a bunch of replacement parts from emiata! I guess I should have researched that site before I bought. I havn't heard anything good about them now that I have been looking. I hope it all works out.

What make of belt is it?:)

Also you might be best to wait and get more advice before doing anything incase the parts are bad.

If it were my car I would return them. In my opinion that seller sells junk. If something is cheaper than the wholesale price of known good parts you have to ask yourself how it can be so cheap. There have been a few recent posts of ALH head breaks, you can review those threads and check out the FAQ article on how to remove the cylinder head. Good luck!
