Anyone got any diagrams for the timing settings on this car as I got this issue the
The timing is out by a hair thread and the pin won’t go back in I’m looking for a solution to rectify this with out making matters worse any step by step instructions would be fully appreciated

Have you read through this:2004, 2005, and 2006 - Part 1 BEW / Part 2 BRM Timing...
Did you replaced the timing belt?
