Hi,

I just installed Sprint 357/442 Injector Nozzles on my Beetle TDI and now it will not start. I have bleed the injector pump to injector lines, changed the Fuel Filter.

Anyone have some ideas that I could try. I have the old nozzles soaking in diesel fuel so I can reuse them is needed.

I would keep trying it, it's a common problem, try loosening the fuel line nut at the fuel injector, cover with a rag, and then crank a few times. Fuel should come out. Try this with each injector, if it doesn't start after that then you have a problem.

After that it just takes a long time cranking to get fuel back to the injectors, make sure to give the starter a rest so that it doesn't overheat.

Just make sure you let the starter rest. Crank for 30 seconds, let rest for at least 30 seconds, crank, rest, etc.
