Ive it all done now; TBH its one of the more straight forward belts Ive done, in terms of 'difficulty actually gettin the belt on' aspect, which worried me... most of 'longwindedness' seems in the disassembly, particularly that engine mount...
The guide was a brilliant aid tho; it very well detailed. I made up my own cam lockin tool out of 12mm plate (a scrap I had to hand)- the tongue bit for the cam ground down to size; and tensioner wrench/tool/thing too; some 4mm steel plate with two holes dilled in it, 20mm apart for the nails to be pushed through, the nail heads then 'welded' down' to the otherside... the how to provided useful diagrammes to do this...
