Go for it. They are great cars and the initial depreciation hit and wave of demand has settled down. I'd wait a little longer until the new style 2011s push the older style 2009 prices down. FYi, the 2010 got a number of small improvements over the 2009 like the radio and display. If you have the red 2009 display you can't use the 2010 or later white display bluetooth.
