Sure, you need to use a VCDS with the SKC number then the procedure is easy. You also have to have the key cut of course.
The tools to get the SKC are in the members only section to keep it from being too easy to find. If you don't want to use them, you can still go to the dealer and have them just program it. A typical price is 1 hour labor but a fair price is 1/2 hour since it really only takes 6-7 minutes of actual work.
