Both my rear brake lights were out and I was told the Glow Plug Warning Light Came on because of this. I replaced the bulbs and they work fine now. How do i get the Glow Plug light to stop flashing?

It could be three things, rear lights, bad brake switch or fuse #41 (if it is the fuse the cruise control does not work and you still get a flashing glow plug light.)

You could use a vag com to reset it. Maybe if you just drive and restart a number of time,s, it will reset by itself.

Are you sure it's not the brake light switch? This was a recall item from VW. It's under the brake pedal and was recalled a few times. This will make the GP light come on.
